Downstairs Author: MagsRose Rating: FRC (suitable for children and Gunfen alike) Disclaimers: Emma is mine and everyone else belongs to someone else and no one gave me permission to play with their toys. This one is for Amy who, as we all know, keeps Jimmy locked in her basement. Frohike's daughter, Emma, finally took up Amy's invitation to come for a visit. The first night she was there she wandered through Amy's new house, trying to familiarize herself with it so that if she needed to get up in the night for any reason, she would not get lost. She found a door she hadn't tried yet. "Hmmm, I wonder what's behind this door?" She opened it and saw only darkness. "Hello!" She heard a muffled reply. "Hello??? Is someone there?" She still heard only the strange muffled sounds. Emma noticed a pull-string light switch. She yanked on the string and the single dangling bulb lit a steep stairway. She cautiously descended the stairs uncertain of what she would find. She heard the muffle voice again, which frightened her but her curiosity drove her inexorably forward. Reaching the bottom of the stairs, she paused, allowing her eyes to adjust to the semidarkness of the cement-floored basement. "Hello?" she called out again. The muffled reply gave her the clue for where to search next. She came around the stairs and looked underneath them. There is someone there. It was man. She moved to where she could see him better. He was lying with his face to the wall but he had spiky blond hair and well-defined arms. "Do you need help?" she asked him. The garbled reply she got seemed affirmative so she knelt down and untied him. With his hands free, he sat up and turned to face Emma. He removed his gag and said in a British accent, "Thanks, Little Bit. I pissed Buffy off again. I don't know how long she was going to keep me tied up like that." Oops! Wrong basement!
