  She was perfect. Naturally curly black hair and pale blue eyes. Elyssa
Andrea Mulder. 4 years old. 
      
Along side of Elyssa was her twin sister Melanie Jean. They were
taking a walk with the rest of their preschool class. 
 
Melanie who was always obedient was listening to the teachers talk
intently. Elyssa had other plans. 
    
"Hey Frohike come here. " She Whispered. The short dark haired boy
snuck over by her. 
    
"Gimme that spider you picked up. "She commanded. He dug in his
pockets and pulled out the ugliest blackest spider Elyssa had ever seen 
and dropped it in her small hand. She slowly crept up to the teacher and 
dropped the spider in her oversized pocket. After that she snuck unnoticed to 
her ranks.

"You are gonna get in so much trouble. "Mumbled Frohike. 
     
"Jeremy do wish to share your secret with the class?"  Snapped the
teacher. 
     
"No'm. "
    
"Then hush up!" 
    
"Yes'm. "
   
 Shrill screams erupted soon after. 
    
"Spider!!" 
   
 Soon all the girls were screaming and trying to stomp the escaped
spider. Elyssa giggled hysterically.
   
 The teacher noticed her immediately. "Sooo Elyssa Mulder do you find this 
funny? Can you explain yourself?" 
    
"No Ms. Jewel I can't esplain my self on account of I dunno what
esplain means, but I do think it is funny."
    
"Elyssa Andrea Mulder, do you think this kind of thing is
funny? Explain to me what the funny part of this matter!" 
    
"Mommy! don't know what esplain means. Stop yelling!" 
    
"Elyssa don't talk to your mother like that!" 
    
The teacher had found out what Elyssa had done and sent her home to
face her parents. 
    
"Why can't you be more like Melanie? she listens and never talks out
of turn. . . "Scully started. 
   
 "I'm. . . not. . . Melly!" 
    
"Sweety your mother doesn't want you to be Melanie, just act more
like her. "
    
"No. " She answered stubbornly. 
    
"Why not?" 
    
"I'm not Melly!" She repeated.
 
"Go to your room Elyssa!"

                    4 years later
    
Elyssa, Melanie, Frohike, Byers and Langly were playing out side one
day when they decided to play hide and seek. 
    
"I'll be IT. "Anounced Elyssa. 
    
"But I dont wanna get my clothes dirty hid'n. " Whined Melanie. 
    
"Oh I don't wanna get my clothes dirty. "Mocked Byers. 
    
"I'm Melanie and I'm a WUSSY. "Langly Taunted. 
     
Elyssa stepped in front of Langly and punched him hard in the
nose. He reeled backwards onto the ground. 
    
"Leave her alone!"
